CMS: PluXml concurrents pour WordPress et Joomla

Avec des atouts non négligeables, le nouveau venu dans les CMS, PluXml fait concurrence aux plus grands du secteur (WordPress, Joomla et Drupal)

Qu’est-ce qu’un CMS?

Un outil de « CMS » (Content Management System, en français Gestion de contenu) est un site web disposant de fonctionnalités de publication et offrant en particulier une interface d’administration (back-office) permettant à un administrateur de site de créer ou organiser les différentes rubriques. CMS et créateurs de sites internet

Idéalement, un CMS doit posséder un système de workflow permettant à une équipe éditoriale de travailler simultanément sur le contenu du site et à un responsable de publication de valider les différentes contributions avant leur mise en ligne.

Les articles et le contenu du site sont en principe stockés dans un base de données, tandis que des templates (modèles de pages) permettant de définir la présentation du contenu.

Classiquement, un CMS propose une présentation sous forme de boîtes, la plupart du temps organisées en trois colonnes. La plupart des CMS disposent d’un fil RSS mis à jour automatiquement lors de la publication de nouveaux articles.

PluXml par rapport à ses concurrents

WordPress et Joomla sont deux des systèmes de gestion de contenu les plus utilisés dans le monde. Deux outils qui doivent leur popularité à leur grande modularité et à leurs nombreuses fonctionnalités, qui les propulsent bien au-delà de la sphère du blogging aujourd’hui.

Principaux sites CMSPluXml est un système de gestion de contenu simple d’utilisation et particulièrement dimensionnée à la gestion d’un blog. Il s’agit d’un CMS Open Source dont la particularité est de fonctionner sans base de données et qui dispose de plusieurs atouts : facilité d’administration et d’utilisation, grande rapidité d’affichage des pages web, etc.

Les principaux atouts

La plupart des utilisateurs connaissent et utilisent WordPress et Joomla. Ces deux CMS sont extrêmement complets, mais ce sont aussi des « usines à gaz » pour une utilisation limitée au blogging.

Ils présentent certains inconvénients : ils sont très lourds à mettre en oeuvre et peuvent ralentir l’affichage des pages web d’un site. Hors, la rapidité d’affichage d’une page web est un critère de référencement de premier plan pour un site web aujourd’hui.

Un autre problème propre à ces CMS est lié à l’un de leurs points forts, à savoir la possibilité d’intégration de nombreux plugins. Cette modularité expose l’utilisateur à un plus grand risque de failles de sécurité.

PluXml fonctionne sur un principe contraire à ces deux CMS. Son principal attrait est qu’il n’est pas adossé à une base de données, ce qui a plusieurs avantages : le chargement des pages web est plus rapide, même sur hébergement mutualisé. Il suffit de télécharger sur le site de l’éditeur l’archive de la dernière version, de décompresser, et de glisser par FTP les fichiers sur votre serveur. Comme Pluxml est très léger, vous faites ça en quelques secondes et ça marche à peu prés partout. en plus, c’est gratuit.
Autre avantage du point de vue de la sécurité : il est préservé du risque d’exploitation de faille de sécurité de type injections SQL.

Le référencement dans les moteurs de recherche

Le référencement sous PluxmlAu niveau de la prise en compte dans les moteurs de recherche, au niveau du référencement, PluXml est également d’une redoutable efficacité !!!
Il dispose de tout ce qu’il faut, un fichier sitemap pour les robots, un flux rss, des balises title, description, metatags, personnalisables.
